  • Anti-passback: mekanisme mencegah kartu RFID/QR yang sama dipakai 2x berturut-turut di gerbang yang sama — untuk Membership gym/spa.

B

  • BPJS PCare: API bridging klinik primer ke BPJS Kesehatan untuk klaim FKTP.
  • BPJS VClaim: API klaim rumah sakit ke BPJS untuk FKRTL.
  • BSrE: Balai Sertifikasi Elektronik — penerbit certificate untuk tanda tangan digital di RME.
  • Branch-scoped permission: permission yang valid hanya untuk cabang tertentu (vs global).

E

  • EDC: Electronic Data Capture — terminal kartu debit/kredit.

F

  • FEFO: First Expired First Out — strategi pemotongan stok mendahulukan batch dengan expiry terdekat.
  • FHIR: Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources — standar HL7 untuk interoperabilitas RME.
  • FIFO: First In First Out — strategi pemotongan stok mendahulukan batch tertua.

H

  • HPP: Harga Pokok Penjualan (Cost of Goods Sold). Untuk F&B = penjumlahan harga bahan baku per resep.

K

  • KDS: Kitchen Display System — layar dapur yang menampilkan order live.

L

  • Ledger: jurnal akuntansi append-only. Di Sentra: audit log dengan hash chain.

M

  • MQTT: Message Queuing Telemetry Transport — protokol pub/sub IoT untuk RFID gate, weight scale.

P

  • PJSP: Penyelenggara Jasa Sistem Pembayaran — payment gateway berlisensi BI (Midtrans, Xendit, dll).
  • PPN: Pajak Pertambahan Nilai 11% di Indonesia.

Q

  • QRIS: Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard — standar QR pembayaran BI.

R

  • RBAC: Role-Based Access Control.
  • Redlock: distributed lock algorithm di Redis untuk mencegah double-booking (Rental, Service).
  • RFID: Radio-Frequency Identification — kartu untuk Membership access control.
  • RME: Rekam Medis Elektronik (Electronic Medical Record). Wajib immutable setelah lock.

S

  • SatuSehat: platform integrasi data kesehatan Kemenkes RI (HL7 FHIR-based).
  • Split-bill: pemisahan tagihan F&B per pesanan / per head.
  • SQLCipher: ekstensi SQLite untuk enkripsi database AES-256-GCM.
  • Supervisor Bypass PIN: PIN manajer untuk otorisasi void/refund/diskon.

V

  • VIN: Vehicle Identification Number — nomor sasis kendaraan untuk riwayat servis (Automotive).

W

  • Work Order: kartu estimasi & pengerjaan jasa (Automotive, Service, Healthcare prosedur).
